What others are saying about this campground
Valley of the Rogue State Park is a clean and well-maintained park located off I-5 in Gold Hill, OR. The park offers full hookups and has a dump station available for use. There are intermittent cell services on both AT&T and T-Mobile but too many trees for Starlink. The roads are good and easy to drive through, and the pull-thru crescent loops are longer than specified. The power, water, and sewer are well placed for a class A motorhome. Nonresident RVs are charged $9 more per night. The park is conveniently located close to I-5 and only 25 minutes away from Grants Pass, Medford, Chik-Fil-A, and In & Out. The park is located next to a river, and some sites have pleasant sounds from small rapids that help to drown out the freeway sounds. However, some sites along the river have uneven ground, large rocks, and holes that can make walking around them difficult.
