Head O' Boulder Forest Camp is a rustic campground located in Malheur National Forest. It offers a few sites and is also a trailhead which accesses the Princess trail #251, Blackeye Trail #243. The campground is small and secluded, with fewer visitors throughout the summer allowing visitors a chance to explore the Vinegar Hill-Indian Rock Scenic Area. The campground is busiest in late summer through early winter during big game hunting seasons. Visitors should be prepared for rapidly changing weather conditions. Pack it in/Pack it out. Anything take home anything you bring with you into the forest, including all trash. Examples of trash: cigarette butts, cans, bottles, and food. Please follow local and state health guidelines.
