Louse Creek Campground is a hidden gem tucked away in the small town of Merlin. It is a peaceful and quiet spot, perfect for those looking to enjoy the outdoors without having to drive far. The campground offers full hook ups and 50 amp service at an excellent price. The site is level and the utilities are reliable. There is an area for dogs to play, although it is not fenced. WiFi is available, but may cut out when someone starts downloading video. There are two large fields for walking dogs, but no fenced off-leash area. The campground also offers level rock pads for pull throughs with easy hook ups. The nearby Rogue River is a wild and scenic area, perfect for exploring. The campground is run by friendly and understanding staff, and you may hear a couple of trains in the evening, but nothing that will disturb your sleep.
