This campground is the perfect place to stay while visiting the Wallowa Mountains. It is a small, meticulously maintained RV park with immaculately groomed landscape, clean showers and restrooms, and free access to the motel ice machine. The sites are reasonably sized, lined up in a horseshoe behind the hotel with a great view of the mountains. The helpful host/owner and near new picnic tables are highlights. The back-in sites are a bit tough to get into due to the interior road being relatively narrow, but they offer lots of space and a great view of the mountains. Any size rig is welcome, and free Wi-Fi is available.

Mountain View Motel & RV Park is a unique and affordable lodging option in Joseph, Oregon. The motel offers clean, smoke- and pet-free rooms and suites with full kitchens that are open year-round. The RV campground (May 15 to Oct 15) and tepee camping (June 1 to Oct 15) are pet-free and include a shower house with clean bathrooms.
