Topsy Campground offers a relaxing atmosphere for a quick trip with family or friends. The Bass fishing pier nearby is perfect and there is not a lot of boat activity. The tent camp areas are a decent size and there are also RV spots with hook ups. There are lots of hiking opportunities available and the owners are helpful and keep the sites clean. It is suggested to use water sparingly as they have daily water supply. There is no swimming allowed at the site. Pelicans can be seen at the water which adds to the tranquility of the campground. The Keno recreational forest is a great spot to take dogs for a walk. They also offer a military discount for eligible cardholders.

Topsy offers opportunities for camping, picnicking, fishing, and boating on Boyle reservoir. The day-use area features a concrete boat ramp and dock, and an accessible fishing pier.
