What others are saying about this campground
Tugman State Park is a well-managed campground located close to California HIWAY 101. It offers a huge lake for fishing and kayaking, and a large grassy area for playing and having fun. The park is managed by the Oregon State Rangers and volunteers, and is kept immaculate by the mostly volunteer staff. The sites are spacious, semi-private, and have 50 amp with water, although no sewer hookups are available. There is a single hole dump station near the park entrance, and a central trash site at the entrance. The park also offers easy big rig access, paved bike paths, and a swimming hole. The reservation policy is still in effect and there is a $8.00 online registration fee. Short drive to Umpqua Lighthouse/Winchester and hiking on the dunes is available.
