Bandon / Port Orford KOA Journey is set in a heavily wooded area and provides a peaceful setting. The reservation and check-in process was easy and the staff was eager to ensure a great stay. The park is a bit older, but the staff is working hard to make improvements such as electric upgrading, clearing brush, and repainting the pool before the busy season. However, several guests have experienced difficulties with site leveling, which can be challenging for motorhomes. Despite this, most TTs will work in a majority of the sites. The cable connection is poor and some laundry equipment was out of order.
