Lincoln City KOA Journey is located on the back side of Devils Lake. It has a small campground and the sites are a little tight, but they do have someone to escort you and help you park. The store is nicely stocked, but prices are not marked on items. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful with daily improvements going on. While there are residents who live here long term, they sometimes distract from the vacation feel for the average RVer. The bathroom and shower facilities were not up to KOAs standards. Overall, it has potential, and the KOA owners are trying to spruce up the place, but some issues need addressing.
