Island Cove is a long stay RV park located in the Portland area. It is one of the few parks in the area that still has some sites for under $500 a month. The front side-sites are 30 amp and $350 a month, while the back, more spaced out sites with the concrete pads and 50 amp service are $400 a month. The park has Wi-Fi, however, the speed can be hit and miss as it is satellite based. It is across from the Yacht Club on a small inlet and about 2 miles from the public beach. The park has a friendly on-site manager who is very helpful and accommodating.
