WARNING! If you plan to stay at Reeder Beach RV Resort, be warned that there have been reports of high arsenic levels in the water since 2019. Its important to check this information yourself on the Oregon Drinking Water Services website to learn more. While its unfortunate that this issue hasnt been resolved yet, the campground itself is in a beautiful location right on the river, with a nearby trail thats perfect for dogs. The proximity to the city is also a plus. Although staff werent overly friendly, check-in was efficient, and the sites are well-equipped with full hookups. While there is no wifi or laundry, cell service was good, and riverside back-in sites are the most desirable. Overall, if the water problem is resolved, this would be a fantastic place to camp.

Reeder Beach RV Park & Country Store is a peaceful RV park located on scenic Sauvies Island, just outside of Portland, Oregon. The park overlooks the mighty Columbia River and has private access to a sandy beach. Guests can enjoy kayaking, birdwatching, fishing, and seasonal farms in the area. The park offers affordable rates and has full hook-up RV sites. Guests can also enjoy seasonal produce fresh from the park's garden.
