This campground is the perfect destination for outdoor lovers. Located in the beautiful Ochoco forest, the campground circles a small recreational lake, providing many spots to choose from. Each site has a fire ring with grill and easy access to the lake, although some sites may be on a slight slope and can only hold one tent. The sites are clean and flat, with fire pits, clean toilets, and friendly camp hosts. The lake is perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding. There is also a trail that runs around the lake, perfect for biking, walking, and taking in the beautiful scenery. The drinking water is run on a solar pump and is amazing. The campground also has resident geese and duck families that swim right up to you. There is a $5 day use fee, BBQ pits, and picnic tables. The only downside is that the sites arent very private, so you may be able to see and hear your neighbors.
