Crater Lake RV Park in Prospect, OR is a beautiful location with trees everywhere offering large and deep sites including picnic tables and fire rings available from the office. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities. Though there is no dog park, there are several natural dog facilities around due to the proximity of the forest. Cell service is spotty, but the wifi works well. The park is convenient to Crater Lake as well as many other hikes to waterfalls and the Rogue River. It offers great shaded pull-thru spots and is very well maintained. There is access to great hiking from the park, with lots of awesome places to explore nearby. The new bathrooms are pristine, and the water pressure is adequate. Overall, it is a delightful park that is highly recommended for anyone planning to visit Crater Lake and the surrounding attractions.

From The Campground
On Crater Lake Highway, the Crater Lake RV Park is the Gateway to Crater Lake National Park, the RogueUmpqua National Scenic Byway, the Rogue River National Forest, and the largest OffHWY Vehicle Trail System in the US. Located on 10 forested acres near the upper Rogue River are 57 paved, deep & widely spaced sites designed for the biggest of the Big Rigs all nestled in tall pine, cedar and fir trees. Saturday nights are Park campfire nights! We provide a great campfire experience for all of our guests to enjoy at our center fire circle by the antique chuckwagon and our rustic theater. Come roast hot dogs and/or marshmallows, make a smore and have some lemonade while you enjoy the musical entertainment … all on us!
