What others are saying about this campground
This campground is perfect for nature lovers looking for a peaceful getaway. It is located on the Rogue River, full of Redwoods and surrounded by tall trees. There is a natural bridge nearby, and a heavily used trail that runs along the river. All sites have picnic tables and fire pits, and many are along the river with a mix of sun and shade. There is a loop hike to the Natural Bridge area, as well as a hike to the Rogue Gorge. There are no reservations, so be prepared. There is no water or cell service, but there are large garbage cans for trash service. It is a great spot to watch the Perseid meteor shower, and is a great place to stay during the week, but can get noisy on weekends.
