The park is also home to a large jetty, with a melodic foghorn that can be heard from the campsites. There are no RV hookups, but there is a well-stocked store and restaurant about a mile away. There is also a boat launch ramp and trails leading to the beach from all over. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the park has a 15 mph speed limit, making it a great place for families with children. There are plenty of amenities in the nearby town of Rockaway Beach, including Dollar General, convenience/grocery stores, and eateries. The park is open year-round and is a great spot to explore the Oregon Coast or just relax and enjoy the view.
