Twin Rivers Vacation Park in Roseburg, OR is a mixed community of both visitors and residents. While the location is nice, there have been issues with the management. Some guests have reported feeling unwelcome due to the behavior of some of the staff. The park is not well-maintained, with some low-hanging branches, power spikes, and overflowing trash bins. Additionally, there are no functional bathrooms, only one port-a-potty available for use, and the park manager is not very receptive to customer requests. Guests have reported that park rules seem to only apply to temporary guests and not the permanent residents.
From The Campground
Twin Rivers RV Park is a beautiful vacation park located on the banks of the North Umpqua River. The park offers full hook-ups, pull-thru sites, and tent camping. Amenities include spacious shady sites, a grocery store, propane, cable TV, a club room, and access to River Forks County Park and its boat ramp, river swimming, salmon and steelhead fishing, and proximity to Stewart Park Golf Course. There are plenty of things to do in the area, including visiting the Douglas County Museum, Oregon Coast & Dunes, Umpqua Valley Arts Association, Umpqua Symphony, Community Theater, Colliding Rivers, Lane House, Pioneer Indian Museum, Umpqua River Lighthouse, Wildlife Safari, Wineries, Shopping, Umpqua National Forest, Music on the Half Shell, and Douglas County Fair (August).
