The Rufus RV Park is a great option for travelers looking for an overnight stay in the Columbia Gorge area. Located on a hillside above the freeway, the park is away from the train noise and offers stunning views of the Columbia River. It is easy to access from the service road on to Wallace St. and straight up a small incline to the office on the left. The park offers pull-through sites with FHU, graveled grounds, and a power pedestal and fresh water connection that are low in height to accommodate RV slide outs. The sites are offset front to back so views are not blocked. The park is well-groomed and the new owners have done a great job of turning it into a very nice park. The only downside is that the parking strip in sites is very narrow with grass on sides. The park is also known for its strong winds, often reaching 35 mph or higher. The cost for an overnight stay is $30 and there is an envelope system at the office to pay. The park also offers WiFi and the restrooms are open for showers at $3. The manager is friendly and the park is kept very clean.

Rufus RV Park is a convenient and quick stop for travelers located just off of I-84. The park offers daily, weekly, and monthly rates for RV sites with water, electricity, sewer, and free WiFi. The park has over 60 sites, most of which are pull-thru, and a large community grass area to enjoy. The park also has brand new washrooms with beautiful tile and showers, a laundromat onsite, and beautiful restrooms with showers for your convenience. The park is located in the small town of Rufus just off the Columbia River and I-84, offering lots of recreational activities in the area, including fishing on the Columbia and Deschutes rivers, hiking, biking, kiting, and windsurfing.
