Sutherlin / Umpqua Valley KOA in Sutherlin, OR is a great place to camp. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. The bathrooms, kitchen, and overall park are super clean. The tent sites have electricity and picnic tables. There is also a full kitchen with free coffee and perishable food. You can enjoy a free family-friendly movie night on a big screen, along with free popcorn and a nice firepit. There are two K9 Kamps (fenced) and one without a fence. The staff keeps the area clean, and there is a large playground for the kids. The staff are all friendly and make sure you are enjoying your stay. The campground has a small store with any essentials you might have forgotten to bring with you. Sutherlin is a small town with not much shopping, but Roseburg is just 10 miles south with much better selection and prices. The price is fair for all the amenities you get and is comparable with other campgrounds in the area. The only issue is that the campground needs private showers and bathrooms.
