The park itself is fairly plain, with all pull-through sites offering full hookups. While the sites are a bit close together, positioning your rig at either end can help alleviate any issues. Despite the number of pets and long-term residents in the park, it remains relatively clean and quiet. The dog park is spacious and theres plenty of room for walking around it. Guests will also appreciate the clean, well-maintained showers and laundry facilities. However, Tmobile signals are non-existent in the area and the parks Wi-Fi can be unreliable at times.

Pleasant Valley RV Park is the nicest RV Park on the Oregon Coast, with 72 pull-through full hook-up spots, green grass, tall trees, and a quarter-acre enclosed dog park. The park also features spotless private restrooms, showers with endless hot water, a spacious laundry facility, a mini store that sells beer/wine/ice on site, and 7 acres of walking trails with creek access. The park offers two small cabins and one deluxe cabin, each equipped with a full bed and a bunk bed, a refrigerator, microwave heater, and television, and sleeps four comfortably.
