Roamers Rest RV Park is a clean, well-managed campground that is good for work-minded travelers. The staff is always responsive and very welcoming. The grounds are cared for and always well kept. There is a long-term area up the hill which has well-maintained sites. The laundry facilities look clean and fairly up-to-date. Spaces can be a little crowded, but we had plenty of space for our motorhome and one car. The park is pet friendly and has a few pet waste areas that always had bags. There is also a trail that goes down to the river and leads to a neighborhood area that is a good place for a walk or jog. A new Trader Joes is just around the corner, and there are plenty of other nearby retailers and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when were in the area.
