J & D Campground in Catawissa, PA is a charming little gem off the beaten path. The campground is well run and has a great pool, beautiful shade trees, and a fenced-in dog area. The staff and neighbors are friendly, and the park is super clean. Gravel level sites are wide with plenty of room in the pull-thru. The showerhouse is in good condition, and the grounds are well-maintained. Additionally, there is a nearby ice cream shoppe and the park is conveniently close to Knobels Park.

J&D Campground has been family owned and operated since 1970. The campground started out as 50 acres of farmland, which was planned and developed into a campground that has grown from 30 to 250 sites. The family takes great pride in the campground's appearance and place timeless hours on landscaping and beautification and maintenance. They strive to make your stay peaceful and enjoyable. The campground features free wireless internet service, 50-Amp Electric, Sewer, Cable TV, Water at each site, table and fire ring at each site, blacktop campground roads, 18 hole Miniature Golf Course, supervised swimming pool, neat, well-maintained lawns, volleyball, badminton, tetherball, candy store, ten miles from two hospitals, spacious, modern laundry room, dog park, two playgrounds, one acre fishing lake, two streams, basketball and shuffleboard courts, handicap accessible shower room, firewood available, trout and bass fishing, Cree Mee Freeze, ice and propane available, church services, and large picnic pavilions.
