The campsite features a winding, narrow road and many families make use of the facility as they go sightseeing. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the employees are always available whenever needed. Guests also report that the campground is very clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms are some of the cleanest they have seen on any campsite. Fun activities for kids are available throughout the day, carefully planned and well thought-out. Although many guests appreciate the advertised strict no-noise policy, some reviews noted this policy was not enforced strictly and noise can continue as late as 3am or 4am in the morning. Overall, many families say they had a great time at Philadelphia/West Chester KOA Holiday and some describe it is a great place to celebrate Halloween.
