The owners are friendly and helpful, and the employees are always available whenever needed. Guests also report that the campground is very clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms are some of the cleanest they have seen on any campsite. Fun activities for kids are available throughout the day, carefully planned and well thought-out. Although many guests appreciate the advertised strict no-noise policy, some reviews noted this policy was not enforced strictly and noise can continue as late as 3am or 4am in the morning. Overall, many families say they had a great time at Philadelphia/West Chester KOA Holiday and some describe it is a great place to celebrate Halloween.
