This campground is the perfect place for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The sites are heavily wooded and provide plenty of space between rigs, allowing you to enjoy your own private piece of nature. The facilities are minimal, but there is a swimming pool, game room with a pool table, air hockey and pinball machine, playground for the little ones, and a free doggie snack for your four-legged friends. The on-site staff is hard to find, and the office is unattended, but the access road is steep and narrow and provides all the necessary services, including rest rooms, showers, laundry, and garbage. Unfortunately, there were two deserted campers across from us that were never moved, and the rear gate was left open at all hours, which could be a security concern. Make sure to get good directions, as the campground is hard to find.
