Lackawanna State Park is a 1,445-acre park located in northeastern Pennsylvania, ten miles north of Scranton. The centerpiece of the park is the 198-acre Lackawanna Lake, which is surrounded by picnic areas and multi-use trails winding through the forest. Popular recreational activities include boating, camping, fishing, mountain biking, and swimming. The park is open every day of the year, sunrise to sunset.
