This campground is located in rolling hills with plenty of grass and is close to the Heritage Rail Trail for bike riding. The majority of the sites are for permanent campers, but there are 6-7 sites open for temporary stays. The sites are wide, level, and have gravel pads and grass areas for tables. The bathrooms are old, dimly lit, and not very clean. The camp staff is friendly, but the activities can be loud and run late. The manager and staff at the desk are very friendly and accommodating. The downside is that the cost of the campground is not worth the value, as it is $40/night plus $7/day extra for families of 5.
