Gaslight Campground in Emlenton, PA is a little park that is mostly seasonal. You can maneuver a 40-foot class A in the roads. The campground is peaceful and has a friendly front desk. There is a custard stand in the front yard of the campground that is very good. The pool may be closed after Labor Day, but the pond is great, and there is plenty of space for walking around. Although there are not many amenities, it is easy to pull in and get settled. It is not near any touristy activities but is not too far from I-80. You could stay for a night or two if you are in the area but would not go out of your way.

Located in the historic Oil Region of Northwestern Pennsylvania, quiet and peaceful Gaslight Campground is an ideal RV camping destination to relax, have fun, and enjoy some of the most breathtaking natural beauty East of the Mississippi. Known for its top quality campground amenities, family-friendly camping activities, and abundance of green open spaces, Gaslight Campground offers guests a choice from among 128 RV sites, four cabins, and several primitive campsites. As your hosts, we invite our guests to feel at home at our campground and RV resort. Besides keeping the RV park clean and up to date, we are always on hand to offer information about Emlenton campground activities and the scenic Allegheny River Valley that we call home. Known as “The Valley that Changed the World” due to its great success during the great oil boom of the 19th century, Gaslight Campground’s location provides a wealth of historical and cultural gems to explore, such as the Foxburg Country Club, the longest standing golf course in the United States. There is also a wide variety of Northwestern Pennsylvania outdoor attractions and opportunities for adventure right beyond our gates, including the Allegheny National Forest, numerous Pennsylvania state parks, and the Allegheny and Clarion Rivers … perfect for fishing, water sports, and home to the Allegheny River bike trail. Gaslight Campground is just minutes away from Interstate 80, but a world away in terms of both peacefulness and natural beauty. We have a full schedule of weekend activities planned for throughout the season, along with the many fine nearby and regional attractions that are within easy reach.
