This campground is located in a remote area, surrounded by narrow, curvy, hilly roads and covered in fallen leaves. The power pole is laying on the ground and the water pressure is weak. While there is a camp Wi-Fi signal, it is intermittent and there is no internet. The campground has a lot of potential, but the new owners need to update it to make the nightly rate worth it. There are plenty of kids on bikes and people walking their dogs, as well as a lake with good fishing. The roads are slippery due to the rain, and the microwave does not seem to be getting full power. The campground is beautiful and perfect for those looking for a remote getaway, but it can be noisy at night due to other campers singing and chanting.

Ponderosa Pines Family Campground is a family-friendly campground located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. They offer tent sites, RV sites, and cabin rentals for any size party along with seasonal rentals. The campground features hiking, fishing, boat rentals, saltwater pool, mini-golf, and more. Under new ownership established in 2020, the campground is undergoing exciting new changes and upgrades. They are closed for the 2022 season and will reopen on April 14, 2023. Online booking is now available.
