Adjacent to the Dutch Wonderland amusement park, it offers a nice and quiet camping experience when the park is closed. The campground is well-maintained, with adequate and mostly shaded sites, and is surrounded by Amish areas. Although it may be difficult to back into some sites due to narrow interior roads and parked vehicles, there is plenty of space between sites. Water pressure is good, and water, sewer, and electric hookups work well. The dump station is easily accessible. The campground is in a nice wooded setting with a stream running through it for fishing. With its central location, guests can enjoy many shopping, dining, and attraction options within a 15-30 minute drive. Its a great place to stay to explore what Lancaster has to offer and enjoy a peaceful camping experience.
