I guess there are mice in the park, but we didnt have any problems. Cook Forest State Park is a beautiful and scenic campground located in Pennsylvania. It offers a wide range of camping options, from rustic tent sites to full hookups for RVs. Most sites are set among tall pines with plenty of space and privacy. The campground features electric hookups, a dump station, drinking water spigots, and shower houses. There is also firewood for sale at the park entrance. Cell service is not great, but Verizon users can make and receive calls with two LTE bars. The park is home to a beautiful stream, walking trails, and a Seneca fire tower. It is a short drive to Clarion PA for a Walmart, and there are small camp stores close by. Unfortunately, the restroom facilities are not modern and the shower house needs to be remodeled. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. There is also no over the air TV, internet, or satellite service available in the area. It is a great place to explore the many outdoor experiences, such as kayaking, horseback riding, and tubing down the Clarion River.
