Lake Heron Retreat is a campground that offers RV and tent camping, fishing, hiking, and swimming. The campground provides a dumpster for campers, and firewood bundles are available for purchase. The public is welcome to hike on weekdays and can reserve a Day Pass or Tent Site to fish or swim. Donations are accepted to support the Lake Heron Conservancy, a 501(c)(3) organization.
