Red Run Campground is a great choice for those looking for an affordable and convenient stay in Pennsylvania Dutch Country. The campground is situated in the Amish country around Lancaster, PA and offers a pool to provide relief from the stifling heat and humidity. Sites along Muddy Run, which borders half of the campground, are flat, short and rather narrow, but do provide nice creekside ambiance. Unfortunately, WiFi service is non-existent at most sites and Verizon customers will struggle with poor cell signal strength. New owners seem to be inexperienced and the process of getting a site can be chaotic. There are no sewer, wifi, or tv hookups available. It is important to note that the campground can get quite noisy and smoky due to the large number of fifth wheels and A class rigs, and excessive drinking is not recommended due to the mixed ages of campers.

Red Run Campground is a friendly family campground located in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, where “Camping Among Mennonite Farms” is truly descriptive of your camping experience. Each of our campsites includes a picnic table, fire ring, water, and electricity for tents and all styles of RV’s. The campground offers a full range of features and amenities, but we think that you will agree that the nicest features are your fellow campers and the caring hospitality of your hosts.
