This campground offers a variety of amenities including two pools, a snack shack with great food, mini golf, live bands, and a camp store. However, there is a strict 5 mph speed limit that is not always followed, and there was a power outage on Saturday afternoon that lasted for two hours. The owners were not very helpful and the bath houses were not very clean. The sites are very small and it is difficult to park and unhitch a trailer. The pool is not heated and is too cold to use in early July. There is also a lot of golf cart traffic, making it dangerous to walk or ride bikes. On the plus side, there is a great bike trail 11 miles long at the nearby State Park. The campground offers a free weekend for your next trip if you mention the power outage when checking out.
