The campground has electric only but water fill up is in convenient locations. There is a dump station provided. The campsites are a decent distance apart with only electric available. There is a nice store at the entrance, and several hikes from the park. The views are beautiful and the campground is very clean. There are also several outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, hiking, and swimming. The Mid State hiking trail comes right through the campground, and there are numerous other trails within the park. Minutes away from Big Pine Creek, there are additional swimming, boating, and fishing opportunities. The Happy Acres Restaurant & Bar is within walking distance and offers meals, snacks, ice cream, and adult libations. There is also a well-stocked camp store and a game room. This is a great campground for families looking to enjoy the outdoors and take advantage of the many activities available.

Little Pine State Park offers environmental education programs, guided walks, evening programs, hands-on learning activities, and craft programs to park visitors in the summer season.
