Hills Creek State Park is a 407-acre park located in scenic Tioga County, PA. The park is open every day of the year, sunrise to sunset. Day use areas close at dusk. The park offers camping, cabins, swimming, picnicking, hiking, fishing, hunting, boating, sledding, XC skiing, and ice skating. The park is ADA accessible and offers a seasonal visitor center in the camping area. A variety of educational and recreational programs are offered year-round. The park also has a concession that offers a wide variety of food like hamburgers, sandwiches, candy, ice cream, and drinks. It also has milk, camping supplies, firewood, and fishing bait. The concession is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. daily, weather permitting.
