What others are saying about this campground
Poe Paddy State Park is the perfect destination for a peaceful and tranquil camping experience. Nestled in the Bald Eagle State Forest, the park offers plenty of opportunities for exploration and relaxation. With a creek and river perfect for curious little ones to explore, and a tunnel nearby, there is plenty to do. The campground is small but offers basic amenities, including water pumps, well-maintained pit toilets, and an emergency phone. Dogs are only allowed in the RV loop, and visitors can purchase firewood just past Poe Valley. The park is also great for fishing, with Penns Creek managed as Trophy Trout water, and tubing and boating on the creek. With no cell service and no camp store, visitors can truly disconnect and enjoy the beauty of nature.
