Frances Slocum State Park in Wyoming, PA is a great park for RV camping. The park offers easy-to-follow signage and friendly hosts, making it easy to navigate and settle into a camping spot comfortably. The bathrooms are decently cleaned, and the park equipment is brand new and very nice. The lake is beautiful, and there is an excellent walk around it for campers to enjoy. There were no loud guests during our stay. One reviewer mentioned issues with the steps leading to the camping area, but there is an alternate path that leads to the camping area for those who are not comfortable with the steps. The campground has a dump station and clean showers, with good water pressure. There are several well-spaced sites available, with ample privacy. Overall, Frances Slocum is a peaceful and scenic state park that offers great outdoor activities for RV camping enthusiasts.

Frances Slocum State Park Campground is located near Frances Slocum Lake and offers a variety of recreational and educational programs from March through November. The Patrick J. Solano Environmental Education Center features exhibits on indigenous people and the ecology of the park. The campground amphitheater offers programs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. The campground is ADA accessible and accommodations can be made for visitors with disabilities. In case of emergency, call 911 and contact a park employee. The nearest hospital is Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
