This campground is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It is gated with key codes and has a security guard on staff part of the time. The office staff is friendly and understanding. The campground is mostly seasonal and long term campers with many having beautiful plantings and flower beds. Golf carts are a common sight, especially on the weekends when families come to spend time. The sites are tight and level, but there is no cable tv hookup. There is limited signal for 4g LTE hotspots and range extenders. The campground is owned by two teenagers who will take over when they either graduate from college or leave the armed forces. Once you have paid the fees, you are sent down an unsupervised pot-holed dirt road to an area where resident/seasonal campers are grouped. There can be noise and commotion going on all around, but overall it is a safe place with lots of kids and things to do.

Established over a half-century ago, Holiday Acres has been providing families with the camping experience that keeps them coming back since 1945. Whether you’re a seasoned camper or a first-timer, our campsite has something for everyone. We offer RV camping options for nature enthusiasts and provide a peaceful and private camping experience. You’ll have access to fire, picnic tables, and clean restroom facilities. There is also a beach and field to enjoy. Our RV sites have full hookups for water, electricity, and sewage.
