GenieSummary

What others are saying about this campground
Anderson / Lake Hartwell KOA Holiday is a wonderful wooded campground located between Greenville and Atlanta. The location is perfect, and there is no interstate noise in the campground. The staff is nice and helpful, and the campground offers roomy spaces with good breathing room between your rig and the next. The bathhouses are clean and well-stocked, and its nice to have heaters on when the weather is chilly and damp. One reviewer loved the Galley restaurant, which is only a short drive away and offers great dinner options on the lake. While one reviewer experienced some technical issues like 30 amp service and blown sockets when connecting to the electric, they still enjoyed their stay. Another reviewer had some trouble with the sewer backed up, but the hosts left a note on the door detailing which parts of the site to avoid and offered use of the bathhouse instead. Despite those few setbacks, most reviewers agree that its a peaceful, restful, and enjoyable campground to stay at.
