Palmetto Cove RV Park is an original airstream park which means the sites are a little smaller. However, the park offers great amenities like a laundromat with three washers and two dryers and change can be obtained from the office. The park also has an amazing river behind it which is perfect for fishing. Even though the park is a little drive from the towns, it is worth it. The pavilion and large hall make it an excellent place for rallies. However, we wouldnt recommend staying in this park individually. Some of the sites are very narrow, and some campers could not fully extend their awnings without hitting the next camper. Additionally, there are no picnic tables or fire rings, and the sewer connection is at the very back of the site, which some campers might find difficult to reach with their hose. Also, the entire park is grass, which could make things muddy if it rains.

Palmetto Cove is a member-owned, non-profit campground originally founded as an Airstream campground and designed for large rallies. We are nestled at the very edge of the Blue Ridge Escarpment, with river access, and near the intersection of two famously scenic roads (SC-11 and US-276). Youll love the many attractions in and around Palmetto Cove. Theres hiking in the numerous State Parks and Nature Preserves. Excellent mountain biking can be found in nearby Dupont State Forest. You can fish or paddle the numerous nearby rivers. And if you dont feel like driving, you can enjoy walking trails and private river frontage on-site.
