This campground is the perfect spot for a family or group outing. Located just ten minutes outside of Florence, this park offers a playground area and lots of picnic tables, as well as a splash park and archery range for warmer weather activities. Most sites are in the center of a loop road, with two sites outside the loop offering electricity. The sites are mostly sand and pine straw, with plenty of trees for shade. There are full bathrooms at the campsites, and water is available near the restroom building. Booking is easy and staff are very friendly. The nearest restaurants and grocery stores are about 16 to 20 minutes away, so be sure to bring all of your supplies. There was a noisy group off to the back, but that was the only issue.
