Bass Lake RV Campground in Dillon, South Carolina is a well-maintained facility surrounded by trees. It is close to restaurants and a small town. While some guests had mixed feelings about receiving a series of emails ahead of time containing lots of rules and regulations, the check-in process was seamless. The owners are friendly and even roast and brew their own coffee, which some guests enjoyed. The campground has a scenic small lake with walking paths and guests can fish for bass or other species. About 25% of the campers are full-time residents and the rest are split between long-term and short-term stays. It is a convenient location off the highway and less than 2 miles from Walmart. However, some guests noted that not much shade was available on the level dirt sites.

Bass Lake Campground is a beautiful 7-acre RV park and campground located in Dillon, SC. The spacious sites welcome larger RVs and the campground is only minutes away from Historic Dillon and its restaurants, shops, and museums. The campground offers quality Wi-Fi streaming and is located near a number of great attractions that are fun for the whole family, including Myrtle Beach, Dillon Speedway, Darlington Raceway, Darlington Drag Strip, and JW Dillon Museum.
