Ocean Lakes Family Campground is a massive and affordable RV park located on the beach in Myrtle Beach, SC. Visitors can choose from a variety of pull-thru, concrete sites with full hookups. The facilities include a cafe and store, well-maintained restrooms and showers, paved streets, and a recreation hall. The park is secured by a 24-hour security presence with regular patrols. The beach is pristine and perfect, although some guests have reported issues with dog owners not picking up after their pets. Ocean Lakes has dedicated recycling stations, which is a nice touch. A golf cart rental is recommended to get around the park, which is very large. Ocean Lakes is great for RVers and attracts visitors during offseason due to its peace and quiet. However, some areas of the campground may be more congested, especially during peak season.
