It offers monthly wifi access for $20 and has a fishing lake on the property. The sites are close together, but most are permanent stays or workers. The owner is onsite and very friendly, and the staff can recommend a mobile RV tech and offer onsite RV cleaning services. The roads are a little rough but passable, and the restroom and laundry facilities are out of date. Unfortunately, the park is way overpriced for the value and needs a major overhaul. It is a good place for access to the south side of Greenville, but not a destination park.
