Sites are small but have picnic tables. Very quiet after dark. Great place to stop if you are passing through. This campground is a great place to stay if youre passing through Arlington, SD. It is located on the main drag and is easily accessible. The sites back right up to a cute little park with a lake/pond complete with bridge and small island. Each site has electric hookup and a picnic table. There is no water or dump site, but there is a convenience store and grocery store within walking distance. The campground is operated by the City of Arlington and fees are to be dropped off at the Municipal building at 202 Elm Street (highway). The local factory whistle blows at 7 a.m. which some may find charming. There is poor cell phone service, but Verizon data sticks work well. The campground is on a busy truck route, but is very quiet after dark. It is a great place to stay for overnight or visiting local events and relatives.
