Echo Valley Park is a clean and peaceful campground located in Custer, SD. The park has about 30 spaces, some of which are limited pull-through. It is quite secluded and is located off a dirt road with washboards and a steep hill, but it is well worth the extra effort to get there. Guests have access to the owners property and can hike to some beautiful spots nearby. The bathhouses are basic but clean. The park is centrally located near Crazy Horse Monument, Custer, Hill City, Mt. Rushmore, and Needles Highway, providing plenty of opportunities for exploring the area. The owner is very accommodating, making guests comfortable and welcoming them from arrival until departure.
