Its a perfect option for travelers who prefer a smaller, more secluded campground instead of the larger parking lot options. Roost Resort only has 11 sites, but each one is shaded and overlooks a meadow. The immaculate bathrooms have clean towels available to use on the floor, ensuring a clean and inviting experience. Although the resort is secluded and quiet, its still conveniently located about a mile from Custer State Park and the town of Custer. The host is very friendly and welcoming to guests, making it a delightful place to stay. The only slight issue is the weak WiFi signal in some of the more distant sites, but it doesnt detract from the overall experience. Visitors cant wait to come back and stay at Roost Resort again.
