What others are saying about this campground
This campground is the perfect spot for a peaceful and scenic getaway. With 123 campsites, two bathhouses, and a row of sites located right on the river, its easy to find the perfect spot for your camping trip. There are lots of campers with extra vehicles and boat trailers, making it quite crowded during peak times. Water sports and fishing are popular activities here, and the view onto the Missouri River is unbeatable. There is some cell service, but it is weak, and there are a few OTA stations - mainly PBS. The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. There is no water hookup, no dumpsters, and no showers, but the sandy shore and shallow gradient make it perfect for swimming. With a few more bathhouses and extra parking, this campground would be even better.
