This campground is located in a rural state park and offers a variety of amenities. The campground has asphalt roads and sites, most of which are level, with well-mowed grass and areas of taller grass and bush between sites. The day use area has a boat ramp, a paved berailed rampway to a pier with benches for handicapped, two nice playgrounds, picnic areas, swimming sand beach, and gravel paved nature trails. There are full service bath/shower houses and lake toy rentals available. The campground is located right by a beautiful lake, with a nice playground for kids. There are no site water sources, but two facets located in the middle of the loops and a potable water hose can be found by the waste dump. Hidden fees may add up, but overall this is a great campground with beautiful hiking trails and plenty of activities to enjoy.

From The Campground

Mina Lake Recreation Area offers a variety of camping options including campsites, camping cabins, and a modern cabin. The campground features amenities such as flush toilets, showers, drinking water, and electrical campsites. Visitors can enjoy activities such as hiking, fishing, and swimming at the swim beach. The campground is also ADA accessible and features a group picnic shelter and playground. Please note that starting approximately July 6, 2021, work will begin on the nearby Mina dam spillway which could cause the water to be lowered in the reservoir. Please contact the park for current conditions.
