Mitchell KOA Journey provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with great amenities. Their team goes above and beyond in setting up guests spots, showing a wealth of knowledge about the area, and accommodating any mishaps with ease. The KOAs location is far enough away from the highway to keep noise at a tolerable level, and offers a fun dog and kid-friendly atmosphere. Their store has a great variety of items, including South Dakota wines and beers. Bathrooms are kept clean with three stalls and showers, and the campground has picturesque, nice, grassy sites with tables and firepits.
