While it is not a lavish resort, guests will find the park well-maintained with several amenities, including two dog parks. The laundry room uses an app for the use of machines and garbage pick-up service is available several times per day. The roads are also well-maintained. There is a view of the lake from most sites and hookups function perfectly. While some guests report issues with grass and sloppy maintenance, most long-term residents take pride in their sites. Northbound traffic on Hwy 11E can be challenging to turn onto, but the median provides safe access. While there are some criticisms, guests generally felt comfortable and secure during their stays.
