This campground is a great choice for those looking for an overnight stop near the Bristol Motor Speedway. The entrance is a little awkward, with a steep downhill grade and immediate tight turn to the parking lot, but it is easy to navigate in the off season. The sites are extremely wide, though not very deep, and have a large grass patio. The campground is clean and pleasant, with a clean bathhouse located behind the office, good over-the-air broadcast TV reception, and a nice Greek/Italian restaurant walkable down the road. There is good wifi connection and Passeport America discount good for 3 nights. Be aware that during April and October Bristol Speedway runs races and you definitely need reservations well ahead of time.

Shadrack Campground is a year-round campground located just 3/4 of a mile from Bristol Motor Speedway. It is the perfect place to stay for racing weeks and racing weekends. The campground offers RV rentals, RV parts, and camping supplies. Local attractions include Rhythm and Roots festival.
